Degradability Studies of Photodegradable Plastic Film
Polypropylene blended with natural oil and pigment additives has been studied. Different formulations for each compound were made into polybag used for cultivation of oil palm seedlings for strength and mechanical properties studies. One group of sample was exposed under normal sunlight to initiate degradation and another group of sample was placed under shaded area for five months. All samples...
متن کاملPhotodegradable Polyesters for Triggered Release
Photodegradable polyesters were synthesized with a photolabile monomer 2-nitrophenylethylene glycol and dioyl chlorides with different lengths. These polymers can be assembled to form polymeric particles with encapsulation of target substances. Light activation can degrade these particles and release payloads in both aqueous solutions and RAW 264.7 cells.
متن کاملpostnatal studies of bats (pipistrellus kuhlii and miniopterus schreibersii) & histomorphology and histochemistry studies of organs and diseases of (neurergus microspilotus and n. kaiseri)
1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
Preparation and Spectroscopic Studies of Rhodamine 6G Doped Polystyrene
In the present work, polys tyrene (Ps) doped with Rhodamine 6G was prepared. The infrared absorption spectra were obtained and dis c u s s e d in the range (400-4000 cm ). A new band appeared -1 2 at 3300 cm due to NH in the spectra of PSRhodamine 6G. In the spectra of Ps – Rhodamine 6 -1 G this band appeared at 1599 ass igned to C = O s tretching vibration. This is due to interaction between t...
